Seeking Support/Development/Admin Position

Introduction:

Hello,

I am Joshua Hina, I live in Oregon; this is a state in the United States. I am a 23 year old college student whom also manages website hosting companies and servers in his spare time. Currently I am looking to help out a server a few hours a day. I have a lot of experience GMing, assisting with server management and community management tasks. I have been doing this stuff for around five years and would consider myself quite experienced. I am looking for a smaller server with a friendly community or a midsized server with the same. I would prefer a very active staff team and some place that is open to new ideas. I have included a ton of information below. My primary skills are in management of people, business matters, technical support and community matters. I do also have some development experience and as mentioned above I do work with servers on a daily basis so I know my way around them and would be able to help with server-side issues. Mr. Hina I could not find your other topic, but I would like to invite you to assist with moderation on my organizations Private WoW Server, Minecraft Server, and our Ragnarok Server that we are just starting. We host all of Servers on a different VPS with a really good provider. We do not have any donation anything for any of our games. We are not willing to pay for your services, but we would certainly appreciate you and the work you could do.
