yep, luk increases chaces of status inflicting. So, what you should max is aspd and luk for coma build. But also a bit of str, cause you will need to damage enemy at least a bit to finish him after coma is inflicted.
...Coma reduces health to 1. You always do at least 1 damage if not faced with elemental nullification. Rather you'll want Dex to ensure hits, because Luk doesn't raise Crit enough on it's own and you'll be stacking Luk and Agi. Also, Dex affects Atk and ASPD slightly.

actually, def+reductions+vitdef CAN reduce damage to 0. In fact, if you have like 120 atk, it is quite likely you will not hit any above average character...
Dex does raise aspd but only a little compared to agi...in case here, I would go for some dex, but would count on skills that either increase hit or can't miss to make the killing blow.

From what I gathered a level 1 Novice without a weapon and with 1 Str and 1 Dex hits for 1 damage on Lord Knight Seyren who has a Def of 72 + 81, which I'll consider high. I only get 0 damage on higher levels Ghost property monsters. I'm sorry, but this kinda disproves your statement.

At any rate he has a level 99 Trans char with a weapon. So he'll likely have enough Atk for 1 damage should you be right anyway.

hm, what calculator you used? You should try it ingame on someone...
It should be possible to get damage down to 0, since vitdef works by substracting fixed amount of damage, and it si added as one of last elements in damage calculation. Let's take a look at it...def+thara, counting with def around 40 that is about average at low-rate server, will reduce damage by 58%. I suppose there will be no +% cards since it is status weapon...now vitdef is about 70 average (again speaking of lowrates), so it gives us nescessary atk to hit such character 167-168 (depends if damage gets rounded up or down).

I use Doddler's. So far I've always found it reliable. And I was always pretty sure that nothing can reduce damage below 1. I've always dealt and received at least 1 damage no matter what, not counting Masteries as we're trying to lower damage, so I am very sure that there is a minimum damage of 1.

The best example I have is a Monk with maxed out Vit using Steel Body. Always at least 1 damage.

Sarin, I think CE's right. Never seen anyone dealing less than one damage unless by elemental nullification, no matter how high the DEF the opponent has, or how low an ATK the latter has.

Probably, VITDEF does have a limit at reducing damage.

XileRo is the only HR I know that has a reasonable PvP system. I did watch the RWC like you said, all I see is people spamming the room like every other gang fight there is in RO.
