Status arrows

Are the arrow scripts on RMS right? For example, sleep arrow has "2000" chance, that would be 20%, and that's more than 4 non-stacking plankton cards! Doesn't it seem a lot? All the other arrows seem to have 10% (which is a lot too)

Log into the test server, equip said arrows. Shoot at a gearless character and note down results, repeat 100-10000 times.

From my memory, arrows statused often enough.

Yep, I'm pretty sure that it's 20%.  That's why Low Rate/Mid Rate servers who cap the max ASPD anything over 190 fail hard, because everyone and their dog just begin to play Snipers and use Stun Arrows with Elemental Converters to pwn practically anyone.

Then a 100-vit pala with shield chain comes and kick their asses. Or 100-vit champ. Or 100-vit anyone who knows how to play game.

Eh.. whoever has their server over 190 atk speed is just failing at hosting a proper RPG game to people.

Sleep arrow can/should be higher because if shoot the person again the status will get canceled.

Stun on the other hand should be lower (than sleep) because you can spam stun arrows on someone without worrying about canceling the previous status.
