alright I have made is as a thief, but now what should I do? the game took all my stuff and now i have no def and keep dieing.

Go to the field south of Prontera. There's where some of the weakest things are. You can beat them with your fist.

Sell your useless loots and save up your money to buy things. Or you could try begging, but expect to get much.

I think your equipments are just "unequipped", go open your inventory you should see that.

They unequipped your stuff to make sure job requirement are not in conflict when you change job.

well I am a level 18 thief 10 job. and I just bought a cutter, but the stuff that was unequipped when I try to put back on said I can't

Where you using the equipment you had gotten from the Novice Training ground? o.o If so, then that'd explain a lot, as those items may only be equipped by Novice classes. Any other class can not wear them, so you have to re-resort to your starter shirt and knife until you get other, more sexy items.

my suggestion to you would be kill a few lunatics, porings and drops (one map south of pront) then once you get a few levels i'd move one more map south and kill baby desert wolves, then when u think u can i'd go one map east and kill poporings
