Ok, so you can't do an effective SB without a katar. Seriously, why would you want to do an attack like Sonic Blow if it's only level 1?!?!?

It's great on a smith. Smith buffs for the win. +10 axe[4] double hydra, skel worker, injustice

Will do a decent mamo with it too, and if your server isn't fully uptodate, you can even SB while you cast Mamo/CartRevo/CartTerm. Can usually hit like 3~4k Sonic blow.

Unless your server edited the way the skill works (which is easily done, and not unheard of), Sonic Blow is only usable by Katar or Injustice Card.
