Lol two Megs on LR, nice. Anyway, you need high strength, decent dex, and you may want some agi too for faster spamming of spiral pierce. For weapons, a highly upgraded Hunting Spear is best. Its the heaviest spear in the game, and the weight of the spear, its level of upgrade, and your base ATK all add to the damage of spiral pierce.
