i have a lvl 70/40 agi spear crusader on a server rates 3/3/2.... it have 110 hit and 162 flee with his equips and all.
i need a spot where i can solo!
help me plz!!

Delete him and get a GC sader, it's fastest way to 99 in RO.
If you absolutely have to poke things, my sources say Byalan or Ice Dungeon. Or ask 2HQ Knights where they level, since you're essentially the same.
well, in case of 2HQ agi knights...it sucks, most of them go to BB build and mob High Orcs. That is impossible for crusader.
I'm pretty sure you're supposed to Pierce HOs in CT.
But yeah, that's impossible for a sader too
well...I actually can't think of a way how to level agi sader...their only offensive skills are bash and magnum break, and it's pretty much impossible to level with these 'cause of high sp cost.
Only thing you can do is:
1. reset and go GC
2. delete char and make new
3. try to level with normal attack, place depends on your equip...but it is gonna be sloooooow
Uh, AGI saders/Knights don't level with skills. You just get on the 2H/Spear Quicken and Ctrl-click monsters to death.
I really hope you've at least put some points on holy cross. The best idea would be to HC things in Glast heim, Khalitz's, Zombie/skeleton prisoners, evil druids and such. But as everyone else said, if possible go and reset for a GC build.
This is not a guide on where u should level; but just some observations I made.
I seen several AGI spear saders and they do look pretty cool in a unique sense. So, you don't see many of them around.
1. Some goes CRIT and they use the Crescent Scythe.
2. Some goes for auto casting spears like Zephyrus (10% chance of auto casting Level 3 Thunder Storm on the enemy when attacking), seen them leveling at Seals, Comodo and other water proper monsters areas - maybe even Anolians/ Moscovia/ Biblyan.
3. Similarly Hell Fire (Add a 10% chance of auto casting Level 3 Fire Ball on the enemy when attacking), saw a few at Mi Gaos, Louyang and other maps with earth monsters
I am not sure how effective they are at leveling. But the one with a Zephy at Seals seems impressive. I mean they level like a Spear Knight with the added benefit of being able to heal and the bonus ThunderStorm, an AOE spell which procs quite frequent given high ASPD.
meh don't be fooled with zeph and spend INT on it... slot it and get two drainliar cards on it...
AGI builds can go quite well, just get proper DEX, loads of STR, and rest goes to AGI... but still, as the other says, 2h-spear-quicken is a bogus trap... tried it, it's kinda absurd... but hey if you like fun builds, then the best of luck...

2H spears with spear quicken isn't that bad. Less time spent on going back and forth for HP/SP and a lot easier. More relaxing if you just do /nc all the way.
You could try bathories, turtle dungeon (Outside), Biolab 2, Rachel Santuary, ice dungeon, and increased soils (Mi gao)
It works better depending on your equips. Those are just a few spots that I remember levelling from in about 5 days to get a novice to a sader level 99. Rates are low. There are probably better places than that but if you want solo, GC might not be the best thing since it's quite costly and rated non-nab.
Basically, if you suck, stay away from GC build.
