best build for LK

im new here...
ive scouted most of the topics here and im still confused...
im playing on a 255/100 server by the way...
max stat is upto 255...
currently my LK is at level 155...


may someone help me in the item build and how to be a breaker at WoE and a good one at PVP?...

these are my items:
nameless hokage hat (STR+20, 50% resistance against fire property attck but additional 20% against water)
angelwing ears of stability (gemini card in it)
wing (STR+15, 15% more resistance against all except neutral)
+10 double explosive double of force katana (2 turtle general and 2 swordguardian)
+8 high risk sprint mail (tao gunka)
immune wool scarf
+7 Fledge sprint shoes
cursed hand of godly wrath and double power

please help me really appreciate it...
