CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE!

I RECENTLY FOUND OUT THAT USING WINDOWS VISTA IS THE REASON WHY I CANNOT CONNECT TO PATCH SERVERS... I THINK IT BLOCKS RAGNAROK ONLINE BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE DIGITAL SIGNATURE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT... IS THERE ANYWAY I CAN GET AROUND THAT WITHOUT BUYING A NEW COMPUTER.... I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE ANY KIND OF HELP

Don't use Vista.

You can buy Windows 7, that will do.

or alternatively you can kill UAC via the user-settings in Vista's control panel.

I turned UAC off... and firewall while patching... still cannot connect... i would buy Windows 7... but im sure theres a way to get around the situation without buying anything... any other ideas?

Or learn to use vista and give rights to the program at the firewall so it can bypass the firewall's block >_>?
