It's always going up and down .. not anything to worry about. Just wait. Join their irc if you need.

It worked for at least 3mins for me to get to the board page and when i clicked a forum it went down again.

Edit:

It went up again after several minutes. I hope it won't happen again anytime right now when I needed it the most.
