Book of the Dead wrong description.

I've noticed that Book's of the Dead[2] (Item ID# 1565)item description in item database doesn't correspond its script.
According to eA documentation, bonus

bonus2 bWeaponComaRace,RC_DemiHuman,100

would add 1% chance to apply Coma status to the Demi-Human target while hitting it (100/100% = 1%).
But the description tells us, that the chance is 10%.
Please, correct the description.

Pardon for annoying, but what about the bonus description?

bonus2 bWeaponComaRace,x,y;      y/100% chance to cause Coma when attacking a monster of race x with a normal attack

Is it wrong?
And how does it correlate with Guillotine script. The practical chance is not 30% as it should be in your interpretation of the bonus.
