I know IRo has the maps by class.  i have visited a few other sites and found a full map, from thief all the way to assassin.  the problem is it only has two of the classes mapped, and the site appears dead, i don't think it has been updated in some time.  here is the link (i apologize if this violates any posting rules, i just want to give you a working example)

Also, i noticed they do this thing with the maps, where the monster race and properties are listed beside the map.  Would it be possible to add this info to the enlarge sidebar on the world and dungeon map section (makes planning raids easier when you know what will be there).

again, i apologize if the links violate Post Reg's.  i just thought it was neat they did this, and you could benefit from the idea.
The most dangerous thing a GM can do is to play NPC combatants as if they have brains, goals, and the desire to remain alive.

the skill tree maps are all completed in the iRO site.  I don't want to simply take from them.  You can have a look at the iRO site they should be all there.  I used to save them for reference when I play.

The map view, I am working on some improving lately but it's highly under construction so i wouldn't want to show it yet.

Yeah, i saw those.  They are broken up by class, IE thief and assassin are on separate pages, and you need to cross reference between them.  what i was wondering is if the whole thing could be on one table, thief to assassin cross, swordsman to lord knight, ect.

Because they branch out and the skill tree gets too big.
