How do we know who's lying?  That's the sad reality of ANY critic.  There will be negative reviews so just live with it instead of trying to cover up every opinion of your players.

people posting negative reviews that are not true are usually someone that is mad at your server. Usually you can think of who recently got banned or pissed off by the community and left.  You have their in-game records, obviously you can tell their IPs in your server logs.

For negative reviews, I always use the google translator and check each language for an english translation that make sense if possible.  Your translated review up there is still within the tolerance of our review guidelines.
