Hall of Shame Section for Recruitment

As the title reads, I feel we should be able to warn others about staff, and others who are hiring should be able to search though a section regarding how they act as a staff member.
Note: AS A STAFF MEMBER, how people act as a user is irrelevant to this idea.

The hall of shame section is not limited to server.  If you think about it, if you report a staff member usually he has/had to be working/worked at some server to show his "ability" so that one or more server name is attached.  Then when showing proof, it will be a bunch of screenshots on gm abuse.  Doesn't that sound like a topic at the hall of shame already?

What i mean is that kind of report still goes to the general discussion hall of shame section.

This may be a bit irrelevant, but people shouldn't be able to post threads in the Hall of Shame forum. They should be posted elsewhere and moved to the Hall of Shame forum once it is confirmed that they've done something warranting the enrollment.

Got my vote for that one. There's been a tonne of of threads in the past with no proof, no valid claims, no nothing.
