Want to find a great server

I want to play server
Mid rate 50>>>200 99/70 or 99/50 (no mvp card)...(normal card 3%> 10%)
Have commands for player like : @go @autoloot @alootid ....
Have NPC free heal and buff agi bless..., npc all warp
Have NPC hat maker with full headgear... ( if ok have custom hat is great )
Have BG... nice (y)...
Please help me find server ... i want to play that

There's a mid rate renewal server coming up. It's currently under development by a team of people. Me and my guild mates actually waiting for this.
They only got a FB page for now. The server is suppose to come out soon.
