Seeking MidRate Server

HI Everyone,

I'm looking for a mid rate server that is non-renewal. I am looking for a server with a medium sized population 10-50 is more a nice amount. Community must be friendly and active, I do plan on inviting many of my friends which are all new so it would be best if the community was helpful. Rates I'm looking for are around 100x for everything.

I've played Ragnarok since pre-transcendent... so... I've been around .

Edit: Just as an extra requirement I'd rather the server max level and stats to be above 99, 150 range is a good amount

if you can have the opportunity to try our server, ixion ragnarok online is best for you.
we are still fresh server, x150x150x50 rates with (normal rates: x50 , MVP/Boss rates x10 or Bosscard droprates at .1%)
we also edit some useless MVP cards such as osiris card (max hp + max sp +8% on accessory) to give worth to all hunter mvps.

you can have instant full level trans character too by using miracle tonics, these are free in the freebie npc. to get you going. once clicked you will level up instantly.
