Seeking Low-Mid Pre-Renewal server

I've played Ragnarok Online way way way back, so I am looking for a bit of a traditional server to get back into the game. These are my preferences:

(Bolded is crucial
Underlined is important
Italics is just a preference
No style is no preference at all)

Rates around 20x/20x/20x
Base and Job rate may fluctuate a little, even going to something like 40.
Drop rate, I'd rather have around 20-30, including cards.
I prefer MvP rates to be the same as above, but if they're not, it's no big deal.

It should be pre-renewal with trans, and the level cap should be standard. (99/50 for pre-trans and 99/70 for trans)
Max ASPD 190 or higher. Insta-cast at DEX 150 or similar. (Don't care too much about the latter)
I don't care about WoE or PvP so if it is there or not doesn't matter.
Preferably, the server shouldn't be too outdated.

A skill/stat resetter is a must for me. I don't mind if it costs zeny.
A way to strip cards from a weapon (without destroying the cards or possibly the weapon) is important.
Jobs should be able to be attained through their normal quests (but I don't mind the existence of a job changer NPC).
The same goes for Platinum skills.
A Warp NPC to towns and dungeons should be available. I prefer it if you have to visit the town/dungeon first before being able to warp there, but that's not a requirement.
A way to store/transfer items and money would be nice too.

The server shouldn't be too crowded. Going to dungeons and it being littered with people is NOT fun.
Custom quests and headgear is nice, but not required.
I don't care too much about people who donate having an advantage, but I prefer a fair playing field.
I'd like a way to see Exp gained (Raw amount and percentage) and autoloot.

Rates are those of a classic Mid Low rate server: 40x40x30x, one of the server features is the repeatable exp quests allowing a different challenge from the normal hunting and gaining exp points. Normal card drop is 0.3% while miniboss card drop is 0.05%, MVP card drop rates is 1x (0.01%), including Ghostring and Deviling andMVP item drop rates  is 10x

It is a pre renewal server indeed, with trans classes 99-50/99-70, max aspd 190 insta cast 150 dex. If you are more a PvM person, then VividRo might be your next server, as both PvP and PvM are equally considered important.
For the PvM challenge we offer exclusive dungeon extensions, that consist mostly in an extra floor of the common dungeons, accessible by anyone and populated by renewal monsters. NOTE that these monsters have been completely re-built to meet the mid rate server requirements.
Other than these dungeons, there are few custom istance dungeons to encourage the making of parties and the extra challenge from the everyday leveling.

The same goes for Platinum skills.  there's a platinum skill NPC (the last two mentioned NPCs are in the main town but the quests are available anyway, note that one of the quests is highly abuse-able therefore it has been fixed)
A Warp NPC to towns and dungeons should be available. I prefer it if you have to visit the town/dungeon first before being able to warp there, but that's not a requirement.  The warper doesn't provide warp to those maps with an MVP in, the warps cost 1k for lvl 90+
A way to store/transfer items and money would be nice too.  the command @storage2 is available only in towns, you can also use the common kafra to store your items. Banker NPC has been taken off due to the fact that it can be exploited easily.

The server shouldn't be too crowded. Going to dungeons and it being littered with people is NOT fun.  The server currently has around 100 players, there's no PK active.
Custom quests and headgear is nice, but not required.  There are several custom quests for headgears, some are quests to obtain donation headgears
I don't care too much about people who donate having an advantage, but I prefer a fair playing field. The donations gears are available in game via quest or in battleground
I'd like a way to see Exp gained (Raw amount and percentage) and autoloot. exp is shown as a % and autoloot is available via command and it can be set via NPC in game to the desired rate

I actually have a few questions for ya...
How much does it cost? Does it depend on level? Does it depend on number of times you used the resetter?
The reset NPC is: Level 1-94: 50,000 for stats, 50,000z for skills, 75,000z for both; level 95-99: 150,000z for stats, 150,000z for skills, 250,000z for both.
Which quest has been fixed? And that means I can still do the quest, right?
If I am not wrong the stalker quest is abuse-able, I'll ask to confirm about this. Anyway the solo abuse part has been fixed
Now I'm curious... How could that have been abused?
Usually the abuses consist in obtaining items (like easy obtainable items) and sell the to higher prices to the NPC; other abuses consist in refresh/reload  before or after an action; some NPCs allow you to repeat an infinite number of times an action ...etc. That's why one should know well all the abuses and take action against it. I don't really want to explain here the abuses step by step I guess we can talk in PM about it.

TCG Cards is an analogue of a banker on our server.
1 TCG Card = 100kk (100.000.000) zeny. You can transfer it through the storage and deals in the game.
For other amounts need to use the second account and multiple game clients.
