Searching mid / high rate with 3rd jobs -->READ INFO

Me and some friends are searching for a MID rate or HIGH rate server with 3rd jobs. Here we go:

-NO DONATE
- NO RENEWAL !! MUST BE PRE-PRENEWAL
-OVERPOWERED SKILLS THAT CAN KILL A PLAYER WITH 1 HIT  (especialy Sura : Tiger canon, rampage blaster,Gate of hell) MUST NOT KILL A PLAYER IN 1 HIT (cause we played on a server where people had this mora gears and made too high dmg .. arrow shower 100-130k killed all .. sura was 1 click on every1..same goes for RK..)
-MECHANICS SHOULD HAVE ALL SKILLS EQUALY STRONG LIKE OTHER CLASSES
- Server must be on episode 0.1 - 10.4 MAX, THATS IT!!
- 0.01-0.05 % CHANCE TO GET MVP CARD, NOT ANY HIGHER .. SAME GOES FOR MINI BOSS
-At least 0.50% to get normal card from mobs
- ...100-250 PLAYERS .. 300 is limit
- RATES 50x50x50 OR HIGHER
- Max lvl must be arround 120-150 .. max 175
- WOE ACTIVE
- BG ACTIVE
- PREFERABLE WITHOUT CUSTOM ITEMS
- Must have healer,warper,resetter all this stuff
-If there are videos of woe/pvp post here link
- no dual client preferred

.. we are 9 people in total, hope we find a good server.
