They don't have any MvP and MiniBoss cards but you can buy everything else on NPCs. However, they allow 3rd party programs to be used. But if that's okay with you then go ahead and try it.

You may want to try out DivinityRO. We're a 100x/100x/25x server with an active Battlegrounds and WoE scene. MVP cards are disabled in both. PvP is usually only active during Death Match, and allowed MVP cards, which may not be exactly what you're looking for.
