Mid to High Rate ENGLISH SPEAKING Server (With Rant)

Alright, this is going to come off as bad. But I'm quite sick of going to server to server, only to waste my time downloading it. Why? Because when I login I see nothing but walls of text of nothing but Tagalog. I understand Pinoy players love RO. But over 90% of the servers I go to, they're SWAMPED with nothing but Pinoy players and it's getting a bit old logging into the same thing over and over and over again. I just want a mid-high rate server where there is the following. I also understand it might be annoying for Pinoy players to go to an all English server, so they probably feel the same. I get it. But not a lot of english players are crazy about RO like their culture is. It's like playing Starcraft, Koreans LOVE it, Americans...are meh about it. But in short sight of things, I'm just more or less a bit annoyed that every server I go to, I can't get questions answered or make friends, due to a language barrier. I don't speak Tagalog.

Non-Kiel Servers - I'm sorry, I like my no-delay casting. I feel that the input of ACD (After Cast Delay) ruined RO servers as a whole. But if I have to, I will deal with it, if it means making friends.

This is going to be one of these long written server searches. Why? Because I'm an upset player, I've searched for months for a server and quite honestly I haven't found one. The RO community I've seen back in 2000 was helpful and loving. But now it's just sad, there is no community, there is no help. I'm not even asking for help, I'm asking for friends here folks. Trying to make friends on RO is like walking on pins and needles in this day and age. Everyone is so afraid to branch out and be themselves and it's quite sad, since a lot of my old friends moved on but I still love RO as a whole. 

As for my other credentials I am looking for, the donation items are what irk me. I'm a big PvPer and I like to be able to go into PvP and...PvP. What I don't like is someone coming in on a toon who has 0 skill and just threw 50$ at the server to get an OP set and just press a few buttons and murder you. It defeats the whole purpose of PvP if someone can just buy their gear and PvP with it. I have no issues with servers who ask for donations, you guys need to pay for servers I get it. What I have an issue with is those donations giving people a huge leg up in PvP. 

So if anyone has a server that they think  I will enjoy and make friends with then by all means suggest it and I will give it a whirl. The servers I have tried.

yeah i feel your pain. miss the old but simple days, i only play a few select servers a year now days cause i just cant seem to find any worth spending any time on
aevaro isnt so bad, but its no means a high rate, might have to spend a bit more time to get to pvp level but i think its one of those servers worth the time.
thats just my 2c on any decent servers out there right now.

If you're after PvP with no after-cast delay, check us out. We're all about fast-paced PvP. Kiels are an afterthought for sinx, everything else is affected by dex and agi.

Our donations augment, but don't break the game. We don't stack damage to annoying OHKO heights, there's no one way to pwn a class, and you're gonna have to think out your gear set a bit before you get into the PvP mix.

Hey I'm from I-heart aswell, it was my last server played actually which is about 2-3 years ago. Who were you there? Maybe I can join you when you've found a decent server to start off on to.

edit: You're from scythe as well? lol. sRO and iHRO was the only two servers I really liked in the long run.

Basic Info.
HeartBreakRO - Just reopened roughly under a month. The struggles getting more players.
Rates - 200x/200x/50x
Normal Card Rate - 10%
MVP Card Rate - 5%

Might be interested in.
English: Yes, we keep the language to English only.
2nd Jobs: If you mean Trans Jobs - Then Yes.
No Donations: We are a free based server, we have players come and go to try out the server.
Quests: Quests are decent in a way in farming.  But worth it in the long run.

Might not be interested in.
Kiel: Kiel is used to pass God Tower, or the custom quests provided. All MVP cards are restricted in PvP and WoE. So its use is mostly for PvM.
Community: As we re-opened a few months, my advertising skills aint that great, the people who do play are really helpful and very kind.
PvP: PvP is open in areas such as, Heathcliff's dungeons, Miyumi's dungeons. Which allow customs due to the challenge it gives. But by casual PvP, is something we lack in. What more can you ask from a RP/Storyline server.
Rant: Sadly my server isn't that great enough for a rant lmao.

I understand, majority of the servers you'll get lost in. I usually pop in to guide folks if they get lost. The community also pitches in as well. Because my server is based on PvE/Storyline - we really push towards Co-Op. People helping people, kind of server. To aim for that one goal. To master Gods Tower.

I'm not gonna reveal who I am on RMS. But come to RagnaRO. I like it here. Nice server, a bit grindy for zeny and cards though, gonna be honest there. You start with 0 Zeny too. However if you make one toon you can change to ANY job on it from the NPC in town for free. Also a lot of custom skills too. Average Player Count pans out around 20 or so, so we're really small and close knit. I started just last night. Max Level is 500/99. Which is more than enough for me!

I'm once again back to searching for a server. I won't give details as to why I departed from Ragna. Good server, not what I'm looking for though. If anyone has a server that comes close to what I am searching for let me know.

Also let me be more specific in what I am looking for, I am looking for a server to call home. I am looking for a server BEFORE RENEWAL. I don't like 3rd Jobs. They're too confusing for me to play and I don't  feel like learning an entirely new system. I just want to hit maximum level gear up and get into PvP as fast as possible with good competition. I don't want a "wait to cast" fight. I want a fast paced fight with a lot of intensity. However I need the server to be primarily english or I'm not going to get anything done. Pinoy servers are not my thing since I do not speak tagalog, I also don't speak German eithe or Russian so do not link your server if you do not use English as your primary language.

Another thing I am not interested in an RP Server. Like. At all. If I want to RP I will just go to an RP based website. RO in my honest opinion is not made for roleplay. So I have 0 interest in it on RO.

I am looking to make friends I don't want to bother joining a dead/inactive server since it's literally boring.

Q: Why not join one of the bigger servers?
A: Most big servers are Renewal, the system that ruined PvP and a system I don't feel like learning. Not to mention the economy is probably bad and getting help from people is near impossible.

Q: Why can't the server be non-english?
A: My native language is English and most servers cater to Pinoy players. Which is fine, but I don't speak Tagalog so why would I bother with a server that doesn't use english as it's main language?

So I am still seeking a server. Please let me know if you have a server that follows my criteria in my OP.

I know about VividRO coming up soon. So I will most likely be there on opening day.
