Looking for low/mid rates server full of people

Hello everybody, this is my first time posting in RMS. I'm currently looking for a low/ mid rates server with these features:
- pre- renewal or renewal (pre-renewal preferably)
- little to no custom stuffs that break the traditional RO (headgears are welcomed)
- FULL OF PEOPLE, 200+ online not counting vends please.

Your server look great, until I downloaded it 5 minutes ago. And "fail to connect to server". I reset my router but the problem is still there

hmmm. Weird. Did you download the fullinstaller? The server is online without any issues. Is any antivir or firewall blocking your access? I just sent you a message with a possible fix to the issue (=

We are a recently opened Low Rate Server, Pre-Renewal!
We have around 75-150(I believe our peak was around 220).

We have tons of Headgears, and no wings(Only the races we have include wings, which are small, and don't give any actual benefits). However races, do give some benefits:

Okay, no problem!
Last week there were problems in the OVH Data Center, as well as backbone provider in Europe.
Also, we recently changed hosting from Germany to France.
If you live in Asia (SEA), then unfortunately it's really not the best choice.
In another case, you may want to check again.

Your shield may have 100% bot reduction but gave me +30% time delay. Normally, I have no problem with either US, UK or SEA based server (without shield)

It's not a gepard shield problem. Gepard did not interfere in the work of the game client permanently, as it can make the harmony.
We have a problem with lowering FPS on the old version of the game client. The remaining problems are manifested only on Windows 8+,
and solved by setting the compatibility mode with win xp and enabled windowed mode.

Too bad, your population is too low for my preference. I just simply love the scene of several people killing stuffs on the same map and talking like school girls. And everything changed when bot nation attacked
