3rd classes if they are working 100% and can use the rebirth system.

I highly doubt there's a server out there without donations especially a high rate..
Pretty awesome then that means every server owner almost is just out to fatten their pockets, then shut down their server when they have enough money or don't care anymore, blah blah blah. So that means every HR is a waste of time and money if you donate awesome! Thanks anyways. Glad I quit this game then if its all about who can donate the most and then have the most donation gear wins.

Its a midrate American/English server, 100/100/75 and has 30-50 population but people are joining everyday and guilds are increasing rapidly.

No OP donations and most of the donations are attainable through quests.

The reason donations are needed is to keep the server up, else who's going to pay the hosting costs?
