Why not try Ez Ragnarok Online
It's running on full renewal
3rd jobs with working kagerou/oborou and homun S
it's a high rate server with rates as high as 700/500
Item grind, PvP, WoE are all here.
Population median is about 25-30 though we are on our 1st month.
