For now, I suggest to you: https://forum.ratemyserver.net/low-rates/rotg-a-pvp-ready-sandbox-server/, hosted in the EU. Its purpose is to become PvP/BG ready (which it already is). We are currently in a phase where we are promoting the server, so I recommend keeping an eye on it in case the player count ever aligns with your requirements.

So, there is no farming required (PvP ready); the equipment is accessible through NPCs or @commands.
