hey its been 5 months since i last played a serious server and i feel like playing again

so im looking for a server opening this week or the next...i dont like playing on already existing server cuz i like the feeling of playing where everyone is new


so things i like about a server

Low rate to Mid rate about x15-x200
with anti-hack
headgear quests
no too much freebies and daily rewards(esp. repeatable ones that are prone to exploitations)
no custom item as much as possible esp. wings and ridiculous headgears
no gold room
no mvp room
doesnt give GMship to existing players
GMs have limited powers


hope someone is planning to make one..

The server just opened a few days ago, after 2 weeks of beta-testing; euRO is stable, lag-free and fulfills most of (if not all) your requirements.
There is even a special opening event going on until the end of the month giving you a few bubble-gum/battlefield manuals to get started if you Create or Join a guild with minimum 5 people in.
At the moment the population is still low and since most of our players are Europeans, the time you connect has an impact on how many people you may see online (timezone); but we believe that time and our users loyalty will pay off and we will at the end get players from all around the clock !

Oh by the way, another reason to choose EuropeanRO: It will not be another "3 months sever"; we, the GM team, administrated our previous server for 2 years.

From the last few points of your requirements I think MastelaRo could really come up to expectations.
There are no GMs besides me, so need to worry about GMs exploiting their powers.

It has already started, but is only 1 month old.

For rates, well it's 1k/1k/100, that might be too high for you, but we have a lot cool unique stuff, that is really catchy.

We fit most of your requirements and are only 1month old!
Even if we're not all new, Everyone is extraordinarily friendly, and always welcoming to new players!

Many headgear quests
Only freebies are a small Newbie pack, and if you bring a guild of 5+ people, a small guild pack. Both are just some tools to help w/ levelling.
All of our gears are official, save for a limited number of wings [which we made sure are non-invasive.]
No gold/mvp room.
Our GMs are not allowed to have player accounts.
Our GMs only have the commands which the administrative team feels are 100% necessary to perform their duties. And command logs are monitored closely.

We're having a vote to determine the time/date for WoE that suits our playerbase best! and will have WoE and battlegrounds implemented very soon! So if you're a fan of WoE, make sure to leave your input!

I have a server called Remember Ragnarok, it's a new server and there are around 6 players already. Only 6 custom items which are Valkyrie headgears with a very reasonable effect. You can gain these items thru quest or donation.
