First of all thanks to Nova for recommending us :)
Just a quick clarification regarding emulator & client.
We use a relatively new Hercules emulator, which we only update manually because otherwise often renewal updates destroy other functions in the pre renewal content.
Currently we use a client from 2012, because there the interface is still quite retRO as our server should be.
We are currently building a 2015 client which will have the old style but newer features.
You are welcome to visit our Discord to get an idea of what we are doing.
Our website is under construction, because we don't want to use Flux anymore but are programming our own API.

sadly there is no episode 1-4 server with 25x rates arround that i know of.
so if u wanna try a slow episodic 1x server with old episode settings right now:
if ur EU player, you can go RetRo (Host is in Germany)
if ur USA Player, you can go TravelsRO (Host is in East Coast iirc)
however, TravelsRo is using the old client to emulate the very old gameplay feeling.
but since you said "with New Clients and Latest Emulator" , RetRo is the newer client choice you should consider to go.
