Looking for a (new) 3rd class server.

The server we're looking for should have:
+ Base/Job rate from 20-100x. [A server where it won't take months to get to 150/50.]
+ Drop rates above 20x card-wise. [Very low MvP card drop rate!]
+ Fully-working 3rd Jobs [Kagerou & Oboru would be cool, too.]
+ A stable and lag-free host, preferably in Europe.


Don't recommend:
CasualRO, RagnaROar, CakeRO or any server that doesn't suit our listed preferences. Don't even bother.

150x/150x rates with a super leveling instance for solo leveling ease.
+ Drop rates above 20x card-wise. [Very low MvP card drop rate!]
1% for normal cards and 0.1% for MVP/Mini boss.
+ Fully-working 3rd Jobs [Kagerou & Oboru would be cool, too.]
Fully developed 3rd jobs along with Kagerou/Oboro classes.
+ A stable and lag-free host, preferably in Europe.
German host lag free and extremely stable.

I think ResurgentRO is what you're looking for.

+ Base/Job rate from 20-100x. [A server where it won't take months to get to 150/50.] - Yes. 25x exp, 15x drop rate, with a little modification. See below.
+ Drop rates above 20x card-wise. [Very low MvP card drop rate!] - Yes. Normal cards drop at 0.50% (50x basically) and boss cards drop at 0.10% (10x).
+ Fully-working 3rd Jobs [Kagerou & Oboru would be cool, too.] - Yes. No Kagerou and Oboro yet though..
+ A stable and lag-free host, preferably in Europe.  - Yes. The server is hosted in Germany.


Don't recommend:
CasualRO, RagnaROar, CakeRO or any server that doesn't suit our listed preferences. Don't even bother.

It opened May 9th and still has a pretty small community. Needs a bit more people, yeah. Hope you like it. See you.

I'll definitely check it out.

But ResurgentRO has a lot of flaws from what I can tell.
Resetter with a cooldown of 2 weeks. [Why?]
Also, you said that you had fully working 3rd Jobs but your website says that there's only the jobchange for Guillotine Cross and Shadow Chaser so far.
Another tip: Put a online counter and server time indicator on the website.
That's what people look at right away when they're looking for a server.

Hey Regret, we have only the Sc, Gc. Jobchanger because the quest of them Not ready now(shadow chaiser quest is ready in a few days.) And the cooldown of the resetter is that we want to be as close as we can to the orginal (so nobody can change his settings every Time for mvp or pvp and its a fairplay to all).  And the Online counts and Server Time u See on the control panel .

Hope u give it a try , if u have some suggestions we can Talk about it in our Forum , the opinion from our players is important.

In reply to your questions, well, reset was given a two-week cooldown to prevent abuse that is common among servers. It encourages building hybrids, unlike the usual PVM-build-and-reset-every-WoE thing. But true, yeah, a lot of people don't like it, I understand.

Also, the jobchange quests for GX and Shadow Chaser aren't scripted in rAthena yet, so there's a job changer for those classes now--Yes, there is no job changer for other classes, the jobchange quests have to be done. Most people find it annoying, too, but it lets you be more familiar about the background of the class. And you only do those things once per character.

And the online player count is in the control panel.

Anyways, I'm done with my search.

We decided to join VibeRO, as it's the best option if you're looking for a Renewal Mid-Rate server for europeans, because it's hosted in Germany.
