Hello I am looking for server hosted in Europe. I was playing in some servers hosted in USA but i have 200ping so they are kinda not playable.
Server should have:
-7-300 rates (please no stupid HIGH RATE WITH MAX LVL 255/70 wowowow, they suck)
-Warper to 1lvl of dungeons
Optional:
-Job Changer
-Pre-renewal/renewal (but i would like renewal more  )
-Healer
-V4Points
-New Player Packs
-New Guild Packs (from 5 to more players)
-Custom items/cards/mobs (not overpowered ones )
-Custom pets
-Mining/Fishing
-Custom crafting
-Not overpowered donations(it is optional because you can always grind zeny and but them from other players )

I think that's all... 

EDIT: ah i forgot if server is hosted in USA and have some proxys to downgrade ping to 80-140 it would be nice you to post it here

There is a newbie pack in our newbie ground and the guild pack is comming soon!
ElariaRO does have custom newbie weapons which will lose their power once you reached baselevel 61.
There are also custom pets and Mining/Fishing.
V4P is available too and our Healer is waiting for you in every town - the fee is 3.500 zeny but he does heal with a short delay to make the "old Inn" still better.
The ElariaRO warper does warp outside of the dungeon, you also need the quest for quest dungeons.

Hmm server seems nice, but I will wait, ah and do you guys think about adding renewal and 3rd classes?

Yo, man, maybe I can interest you in this server.

We're a renewal server with max level 175/75.

I've personally modified every single card to be useful in renewal yet not overpowered nor striving from it's original purpose.

We're at episode 14.3 with the rebellion class implemented.

Our experience rates are 75x, all our donates are V4P, and to be honest, we don't really have much donates, we're a play to win server, not a pay to win.

Our guild packs come in three different sizes of 5, 10, 15.

Sorry server location is USA so i will get ping in 200+ which means they are too high to play.

I will wait for more servers too choose from.

Your server location is in USA i was talking with one of your GM's and she(i think) told me that server is hosted in West Coast of USA in Los Angeles or something like that, so if there isnt any proxys that you have that will make my ping to 80-140 so sorry, but this server seems very nice .

Hey Bashamo, we recently moved our host to New York. Yes we used to be in LA however there were a lot of lag issues with the host there. We have fellow european members playing and they said they are not having as much lag issues as when we were in Los Angeles.

We have classic eAmod mid-rate 99/70 with high-rate and woe/bg commands (restock, storage, etc), battlegrounds 2.0, guild locations
We dont have custom mobs, maps and little custom items...

As some have mentioned, ElariaRO really is the server for you. My brothers and I just started playing it together and we have never been more satisfied!
