If you're looking for oldschool, try out Ventus Ragnarok Online. By my definition, they're pretty new, think it was launched 1st April. Rates are at 3/3/2 with weekends at 10/10/3 or 4. There are no MVP/Mini Boss card drops though, so it may not be for you if you're into hunting MVP cards.

OriginsRO is a 5x/5x/5x/3x low-rates server that offer pre-renewal mechanics and official-like gameplay with episodic contents bit by bit just like the officials!
