Hey guys I'm new in the Forums lol. and it "looks like" a good place to find servers other than facebook lol.

Uhh anyway Im looking for servers first of all standards...

Warper(at least first levels for dungeons)
Reset NPC
Healer(if no agi bless)
No MVP/Miniboss(if ever lowest should be 0.1)
Decent Population about 75-150 moving players(not counting vendors/dual clients)
not much Custom Items and god items (pretty sure everyone know's what custom items are)

Optional would be dual clients

As for the rates base/job levels.

Low Rate/Mid-rate
99/50(pre trans, monk etc)
99/70(trans jobs)
P.S. Pre-Renewal

if ever for third jobs
150/50 or 150/70
P.S. not a lot of customs if possible.

Hihi. I'm here to pitch Esuna Ragnarok Reborn to you. Esuna does not fit ALL of your criteria, but it does fit some, so I thought I'd give it a try!

I'd like to start off saying I'm not sure what you mean by "no MVP/Miniboss", but I'll assume you mean the card drop rate. On Esuna, MvP card drops are 3.00x.

+ Esuna is a mid-rate server. Our stats are 120/120/50 for normal mobs. We have 3rd jobs (150/70) but are a pre-renewal server.
+ Dual clients are 100% accepted, even during WoE.
+ We have a warper to all levels of dungeons, fields, towns, and guild dungeons. We also have @go to help move between towns, but NO @warp.
+ We have a reset NPC, and also a "build manager" NPC which allows you to save up to 5 builds for easy switching!
+ Our healer NPC gives you both AGI and Bless for 6 min each.
+ Our population is about 50-60 moving players on weekends, and about 40-50 on weekdays.
+ We have 0 god items, but we do have custom items. Donation items are all obtainable in-game through vote points and winning events. We also have monthly headgear collectibles. So each month, there are a couple new headgears to quest for that are not always otherwise obtainable. (I think this may be the main issue you'd have with our server: we have many custom headgears.)
+ We also have a RaidCall channel that always has several people in it, so if you're ever bored, you can just pop in!

Reset NPC - Reset NPC is available with certain fee
Healer(if no agi bless) - Healer is available (buffs with twist)
No MVP/Miniboss(if ever lowest should be 0.1) - Normal cards: 1% MvP/Mini Boss Cards: .10%
Decent Population about 75-150 moving players(not counting vendors/dual clients) - Well, we have about 5-10 players playing in different times. Server is still new
not much Custom Items and god items (pretty sure everyone know's what custom items are) - There are no custom items and Gods were disabled for now

Optional would be dual clients - Yes, dual client is allowed

As for the rates base/job levels. - Our Rates: 50x/50x/25x & 99/70(trans jobs) (pre-renewal)
