Looking for a decent server with rates between 10-30X and that has the standard pets like Iro has with out the need for cash shop to get some of the pets like Loli Ruri or Bongun. Also would be nice if it had at least some decent amount of player not many but at least you don´t feel that lonely.

bro, try Mora MMORPG, the exp and job rate is 80x but the drop is 10x just like you mentioned, it has a lot of feature and i really mean a LOT!
