Hello urboyfriend, You might wanna try Play Ragnarok Online, We're a low rate server who aims to imitate the official server's features. No customization or modification from the implemented features of the developer. Our rates is 7x/7x/7x to 10x/10x/10x (dynamic) rates fluctuates every hour which makes hunting items possible and grinding much easier.  We also have different kind of quests like Monster Quest, Gathering Quest and much more. Our server is opening tomorrow. November 11,2013 at 7:00AM (-8 GMT). There are decent amount of players waiting already.^^ We will be happy to see you ingame and in forums.

You could try InertiaRO. The max level is 500/200 with 4-slotted equips (shields are 2-slotted), but we've put quite a bit of work into balancing the classes for PvP/WoE, and are continuing to test the remaining classes and improve the balance more over time. We're also very open to player suggestions, so if you have some specific ideas for balancing you can put them up on the forums to be considered for testing. Donations are completely balanced as well, since all donation headgears have the same effects as non-donation ones, and all the other donation items are either purely for convenience or can be obtained through other methods.
