There was this server called PVP RO where it was literally just about PvP. After creating a character, you just choose a transcendent class and your character will be advanced to 99/70. All items are available at 0 zeny - grab what you need then go straight to the PvP Rooms.
Is there any existing server like this? I do not mind if it is pre-renewal or renewal.
