If you're not in a rush, and wouldn't mind waiting until May 1st, 2024, I'd recommend checking out eRO: Rise of Legends. It is an upcoming private low-rate server 5x5x3x - 7x7x7x (on weekends) focused on porting Renewal content/mechanics balanced for a Pre-Renewal environment. Our server offers transcendent classes. There are no 3rd jobs available, although we will be offering an Alternative Outfit system that allows you to switch to third class as well as jRO sprites for aesthetics! This means that you can be a High Priest whilst looking like an Arch Bishop for example.

Trying to understand the specific ask here; are you asking for specific  mechanics like fixed cast, crit changes, etc.?
