LF High Rate 255/120

Hello, I'm looking to get back into RO,
So I'm looking for a high rate server with rates no higher then 10k/10k
and drop rate no lower then 1% for MVP cards.
I don't mind about donates and customs
but i dont like third jobs.
I'm an active PVP/WOE player but don't want an instant 255, i enjoy grinding.
Population of atleast constant 10 lol!

Join KeenRO. The server rate is 4000/4000 with 3 percent drop rate for MVP cards. Max level is 255/120. We are a 3 month old server with an estimate of 10-20 playing people.
