LF > low/mid rate servers

Hi guys. I stopped playing ragnarok a while ago and every year I try to play it again. But now I'm solo, and I really need to find a server that motivates me to keep playing.
My main focus is WoE. I don't care about PvP, MvP, Events. I want WoE. With that in mind, I'm looking for a server that has WoE Times compatible with my Time Zone (GMT -3).
I'd like to learn how to play 3rd classes, so those servers are welcome. Pre-renewal servers are ok tho.

- any low/mid rate (from around 15~30/150~175), without mvp or mini-boss cards (except salamandra or gemini)
- normal max level (175? idk for 3rd and 99/70 for pre-renewal non 3rd)
- population enough for good woes (3 active guilds? around that)
- main language english, always
- WoE Time compatible with my time zone (please, 3AM is not compatible).

I did my research, and I really liked Limit RO until I saw WoE Times. If anyone could suggest a server that is similar (why not better?) I would appreciate.

heRO is a pre-renewal low-rate server, with 5/5/3 rates. MVP Cards and God Items are disabled in WoE, but not Mini-Bosses (GR, Angeling, Etc).

It is actually in our rules to be able to write and read basic English.

HeRO's WoEs are on Wednesdays at 9PM and Sundays at 2PM and 4PM EST.
