So, the server I played is going to dead soon, so I need another "home"..

So, Here is the complete requirements:

(Must have requirements)
0. Pre-Renewal
1. Exp/JExp/Drop Rate: 1/1/3 to 10/10/10
2. max levels: 99/70
3. Max Stats/aspd: 99 / 190
4. Number of Players: doesn't really matter, as long they actively chats on global chats. (Mature players are preffered)
5. Vote4Something, To gain donate-like items or benefits
6. Dual-Client Capability
7. Custom NPC(s):
    7.1 Warper (to Dungeon Entrances and towns only)
    7.2 Stylish NPC (Having a LOT of hairstyles is must: 30- 100 custom hairstyles)
    7.3 Class Changer
8. Language: English
9. Server Location: Anywhere that easily reached from SEA Countries


(These requirements are not must, but better if you do)
1. Newbie gifts to start-off
2. SP Recovery items (or ingridients) on sell
3. Custom Daily Quests to make grinding more fun
4. Server's custom: Suprise me!

Hey, its me, Zaphrine from Chu! RO. Well, it closed weeks ago. Anyways..

I feel that Atherea Ragnarok Online fits most of your server seeking desires. Right now, we are still discussing the rates in the forums(we also made a poll, so players can vote too.), the SP items may be open for discussion, but the items can be obtained by farming though. Hi Angra_Mainyu,

You should definitely try heRO if you have not already. It has specs that you are generally looking for! We are a pre-renewal 5/5/3 server with 99/70 trans level caps. The server's max stats and attack speed cap also meets your 99/190 requirements.

HeRO is fairly active with a population of 50 on at all times, excluding merchants. where players can contribute/comment on main chat. Furthermore, players have the option to log into the control panel to vote4points that can be used on monthly mid/lower gear. Donators do not get an advantage over non-donators because all items given can be obtained in game. The server also has a Stylish NPC with a variety of different hairstyles (over 100), a town and dungeon (entrance) warper, and a class changer. Lastly, the server's main language is English and is hosted in North America.

On the other hand, the server does not allow dual-clienting and the use of third party programs. However, I am sure you will enjoy the other customizations the server has to offer such as fishing, mining, seasonal events, and Light vs Dark events. Hello Angra_Mainyu,

I would like to suggest Ragnarok Frontier (RF) to you!

- Ragnarok Frontier features AEGIS ep.13.2 and is Pre-Renewal
- The rates are: 6x/6x for Advanced, 9x/9x for 1st & 2nd classes, 4x Drop and 2x MVP card drop
- Max base and job level: 99/70
- Max Stats/ASPD: 99/190
- Population is low right now but we definately have a welcoming community!
- Duel-Client is allowed on the server
- City & Dungeon Teleporter is available (Warp to Dungeon entrance)
- Job changer is available -- I would strongly recommend you to do the job quest though because our recent updates allow you to obtain decent leveling equipments if you do the job quest
- Main language is English
- Server location is in Canada -- we are known as a very stable server

However, our server does not offer many hairstyles because we aim to be a classic RO feel type of server.

Additionally:
- Our recent updates offer novices/1st/2nd classes decent job-appropriate equipment. Additional reward is given when the Job Quest is completed rather than using a Job Changer.
- Grape Juices can be bought from NPC

As the Christmas holiday season approaches, the server will have Christmas multiple good events up and running!
