1) high rate server with 99/70 if trans only and 150/50 if has 3rd job
2) no wings please
3) woe and pvp active
4) has a population of 100+

We are not a high rate server but our rates are 150/150/50 which is the limit for mid rate servers.

Yeah max lvl is 99/70 and we do not have third jobs or intend to have them.
