I was wondering why you had utopia and neuRO on your blacklist? Aside from neuRO having WPE xD
I'm currently trying both and haven't really gotten very far with both of them. Also the fact that your requirements are close to what i'm also looking for in a server and I thought I might hitch with you guys on what server you might play on. XD

We are going to try TwinkleRO out, it means our requirements other than population (though it's a new server), and its features are really attractive.

If it's not to our liking, I'll bump this back up.

Looking again. NeuRO REALLY does not fit us, too WoE-orientated and not enough Social love (@Choco & Duckie: don't argue, it's a fact from experience :[ ), and TwinkieDinkie has the population and the other stuff, but too many Russians so my friend can't party / MVP with them.

So do suggest again! I lightened up the requirements.

Oh my! I didn't see your post!

UtopiaRO: Some issues with the staff and the people on the server. They have some prejudgmental thoughts because of what happened prior to the relaunch, and it trailed over into the post-launch. Basically, the friendly community became a pack of trolls and started harrassing people who really had nothing to do with me :| but they thought they did, and treated them badly, so they left with me

NeuRO: Too WoE-orientated, not enough recreational parties / social. Being a WoE community somehow has developed into being equivelant to trollsorz and we don't like that very much. Also, one member of my group (other than me) had a really bad experience with them and we'd just like to avoid altogether.

IF YOU SUGGESTED YOUR SERVER EARLIER, and aren't on the blacklist, RESUGGEST with my post in a quote and ADDRESS everything in it - and add some nice things you think we'd like to see, too!

Remember, this is +4 people to your server, maybe more, so do a good job~

BlazeRO is a WoE/pvP/WoE orientated Server...That means on BlazeRO is a daily Battleground and PvP action. Battleground offers supplies for WoE and BG which makes it more fun

MVP 5x = 0.05%, which is good not bad.

I've seen 150-250 online at BlazeRO. How many English-speakers are online after 03:00GMT+1?

The most english speaking players are online between 17:00 - 2:00 or something^^

This is the time blazeRo is active and Battleground is played.
There are german players and english players and both are able to speak english^^

If you mean 3:00, in gmt+1 late night, i think there are still some people playing but i don't really know how many and which language because i am not online at this time ;)
during the week there will not be thaat much people but at the weekend there are still some active players i think.

03:00 is morning; 15:00 is eveningtime.

I'll be playing mostly around 21:00-00:00EST, or 03:00-06:00GMT+1, so I want people who speak English to be online at that time.

well, you can speak english with everyone on this server it is not like germans will ignore you, they are able to speak english too.

But i do not think there will be that much ppl online at that time, not enough for battlegrounds for example...

The server i'm on meets everything in your "would like" category but its a high rate. Let me know if you would like to try something different and i'll post more info about it.

If it meets all requirements OTHER than base/job rates (but not MVP Cards / Drop rate - those are fixed), then go for it.

If MVP Cards are >0.10% then forget it, or Infiltrators drop at >1%, then forget it.

Infinity Ragnarok Online is growing at a steady rate, we might not have the population you reach currently, but it IS growing and we have guilds requesting for guild transfer package which is being done. I have previously posted the specs for Infinity RO, so if you're not too fussy about the population count, we would love for an active RMS member to join us, considering we would really appreciate your feedback.

Also, we're done with Open Beta at the end of the month, considering most of the things suggested by players have been added and most of our content have been added too.

This is Bunny~ Purr's friend. At the moment she can't reply due to slow interwebs. So err, the server she was talking about is BO-RO. It's a 5k/5k/1k server with a max lvl of 254/70. Tho you still can get all the skills. The max stat is 200 and we're pretty much getting somewhere atm.. The peak was at 70+ people and we have a daily population of around 40 - 60 everyday..

There's @warp which makes it easier but only to limited dungeon lvls.. So the mvp part is still by foot.. Or mouse.. Whichever rocks your boat.. Uhm.. People do speak English here.. And Spanish.. And some other languages.. I'm not really good at languages.. q.q

Anyway.. There are also Instance Dungeons where you need an Instance Key to enter.. Those keys drop from MVP mobs at a decent rate.. Hmm.. Yeah.. If there's anything else, you can PM me or Purr-chan~ Oh.. And most of the info you need are available at the forums..

The max level and drop rates irk me :x 100x = 1% for Infiltrator, for example, and for cards, so 10% is really.. not nice..

Actually.. Infils drop at 10%.. There's a custom drop rate here.. And don't worry about the rates.. People here are quite the entertainment at times.. Trust meh~ ^^V

Yeah, 1,000 = 10%. Max for me is 1% for those kinds of things (see: 100x)

So HRs like that really aren't any good for us.

It's an example. I don't want stuff like that dropping higher than 1%. That'd make other things, i.e. WindAxe, Sprint Mail, Bloody Roar, drop at 1% too and it's too high :x

Recently we've had a huge storm of newbies and overall new players.

Our rates: 75x/75x/25x (MVP 5x/ Quest 10x/ Card 0.5%/MVP Card 0.05%)
Max Level: 99/70 (Trans)
Max Stats: 99 (Baby 80)
Max ASPD: 190
Episode: 13.2 or 3 not sure, and we'll stay there.
Population: ~30, midday 45~55 so that might be the only problem
NPCs: Job Changer, Stylist, Warper (with all dungeons, mvp lvls are randomized)
Language: Nearly everything, we got english, czech, russian, tagalog, chinese, swedish, latvia, german, italian
GM Supported Lang: German, English, Swedish, Chinese

Would Like:
Custom Quest: Have it.
Custom "Episodes": Have it.
Custom Maps: Have it.
Hat Quests: Have it.
No Wings: We have mini wings and only like 4 of those, and their donations in the custom slot.
Field Warper: Have it.
Stat/Skill Resetter: Have it. 800k per use or 1m per combo. Below the level of 60 free.

I hope you'll still take us into consideration even with the population requirement.
