Stability (9/10):

Availability (6/10): Server is not 24/7 and this server is only weeks ago so it doesn't have a host right now but it will have a host soon

Friendliness (10/10): The community is mostly friendly and helpful. Often giving advice to new players and who just need to know how they should build their class

Eventfulness (10/10): There is always an event happening and you can also ask the event master to do some events.

Game Master
Friendliness (10/10): Gamemasters are friendly and they're always there to help you...

Availability (10/10): Gamemasters are always there they are in the support room anytime..

Helpfulness (10/10): Every member of the GM Team is willing to help you with whatever you need. They sit around waiting for players to ask them a question in town which I think is really helpful.

Game Play
Economy (10/10): It is quite easy to get money to have some items..There is always and event happening and the gold room is always open to serve you..

Guild Competition (8/10): Currently there is not much guild competition in this server but It will pick up soon, when there are more players..

Class Balance (10/10): Vincinity RO doesn't have any custom items nor unbalanced items and some of the god items doesn't work 100% to make all the Class balanced..

Total Score (83/100)

Conclusion:
Vincinity Ro is a really great server that focuses very much Events and PvP. It's a good PvP server to test your skills and improve them. There are some donation items but it is not overpowered to make the server still balanced and all i can say Start Playing now!!

Discount it? Most server owners put all +10s. At least this guy is telling the truth about some things.
