TwilightRO; a good choice.

TwilightRO is a small, but friendly, community of players.  While the community is friendly, the forums on the website can be quite.. drama filled.  However, you could easily avoid forums, as it's only used for discussion, and players/GMs talk in-game more often anyway.

The server is generally stable, however, a lot of server-side work is being done, so at the moment there is constantly frequent server reboots being done.  However, those only last about 1 minute at most, so there really isn't much downtime.

The server GMs are not very active, excluding one.  There is in reality, 3 GMs for the server, in which 2 are always busy, so only 1 is available.  The server needs more GMs, such as an event one.  The current GMs are always on for WoE, but thats it pretty much, as they are currently busy with school/college/exams.  However, you can easily contact them by MSN/AIM.  The GMs can be helpful,  but sometimes they aren't in the right mood for helping players.

In the server, the economy is somewhat balanced.  Theres a simple supply and demand, however zeny can be easily obtained by some of the dungeons if you are doing it right,  and you can pretty much hunt whatever item you need yourself, since the average level of some players makes it easy for them to kill most monsters.  Classes are balanced, however the vanilmirth homunculus is currently broken, and some alchemists/creators have abused that homunculus to get to the level they are currently at, and to get items/zeny etc.  If that gets fixed, I could easily say classes are equal (excluding if you're good with them or not).

WoE can and can't be active.  WoE is on Fridays and Saturdays, but fridays are very uneventful.  On saturdays, a lot of action takes place in the one castle Wuezburg.  Eventually, in the servers future, there is *supposedly* going to be guild team events, so it would be suggested to join one of the current guilds available, or starting one with your friends.

For the record, this is the 13/13/5 TwilightRO server I am talking about, not the 35/35/25 one or whatever.
