Availability: Available 24/7 minus small downtimes for server maintenance to fix bugs and issues.

Availability: Almost always available
Helpfulness: Very helpful, takes care of issues in a timely fashion.

Game-Play Ratings
Economy: Economy is decent for a brand new server, and with players that understand it's importance, continues to get better daily.
Guild Competition: There are multiple guilds, woe is not active yet, Guild Extension is limited to keep from having one overpowered guild with too many members.
Class Balance: No real balance issues.
