Look at their review, all are 100 and all the usernames are dota characters. Hmmm maybe the only one reviewing it is the owner? Just check

It's banned.  I think I smell the fishy too.  Don't know about the dota chars but I notice the 123 ending in the names.  Server owner inside job.
