Why does some of the reviews on Elements RO is deleted? Admin bias?

Recently, I saw the server had around 95+ Reviews and many players are coming to the server. 
Those are good reviews and some of them came from old players who played 5-6 month at the server. 
Then 2 days ago, i saw the amount of review is 70+ which is around 30 reviews are deleted for no reason at all. If there are no valid reason whatsoever, I can conclude that the admin of the RMS is bias and didnt want to let a good server grow. 
I'm inclined to tell that why some of those who made fake accounts and leave a bad review to the server got their fake review to stay and those good review got deleted? Are you being bias in your judgement? 
Can Admin of this Website explain this?

As we told you / your server admin in our email exchange:

We will delete any review that are the result of fraud such as someone creating more than one account to abuse the system.

Regarding your story, I would like to point out:

1. The review were deleted within the last 12 hours, not 2 days ago.

2. If you said those are good reviews, coming from old players that played 5-6 month at the server.  Please name them.  According to our record, there were at least 29 reviews deleted and they were all made by the same person.  There is no doubt about it, this case is so obvious that it rise a red flag in every corner.

How do you know it was made by the same person?
As far as i know, some of the reviews (as far as i remembered) even contain reviews from different language like phillipines and indonesians alike.
Are you telling me that all those 29 (as you claimed but i think its more) is really from just only 1 person? Ridiculous.

Those bad reviews are obviously coming from players who used cheats and got raged when their cheats got banned.

Yes, I am telling you they are from the same person.  I have seen much more than 29 in other cases. 

You confused fake review and fake account, they are two different things.  We delete any review that are the result of fraud (such as same user creating many accounts) no matter good or bad.  In terms of review content, fake or not is not up to us to say, we do not play the server we can't be the judge in most cases.  That is why we encourage server owner to reply to review to show any difference and let the reader decide.

I will have to ask you, how do you know they are NOT the same person?  Do you know which user and review are you talking about?  You said you read the review and they are coming from old players that played 5-6 month at the server, can you even name one of them? 

You sound like you know "them" then you can ask "them" to tell you their user name and email address used for "their" reviewer accounts.  Once you got that information, you will be very clear why they are all the same person.
