Jeniva - False Review

- To start off, Donations were given as unavailable, both donations are available up on the website: http://carpediem-ro.net/?module=purchase and if players dont have money to donate, they can simply head to vote for points to get the same item and prizes.

- Heading to GM Availability, all GM's have a online schedule they must follow. And if you look towards the 9/10 (1/10 being Jeniva, all refer to the GM's being active / helpful)

- Finalizing at GM Helpfulness, we are on all the time and help player one by one. We all have real life stuff but this is just downgrading and makes the staff feel pretty worthless to receive a bad rep at helpfulness. If we aren't online, we are online on the forums. How to know? We have a system to show who has been on and how long on the bottom of the forums. All GM's ingame have forum accounts and thus are able to help offline from ingame.

1 - The survey result is mean to be kept anonymous.  Don't know where you get that out of his review anyway.

2 & 3 - It is not uncommon to have the server owner disagree what is said on a review.  If reason is given on the review it should be acceptable as player experience and opinion.
