they did this a few times with different items but this was the only time i remembered to screenshot >.>..

Anyway the hourly cupons are used for A LOT ingame, +10 refines, quest items, costume items, and more.

Notice where he says "per review" lol he wants people to write more than one i asked him myself.( got no screenshot of that but as you can see he does say "per review" lol.

It's actually this, http://ratemyserver.net/index.php?page=serverstat&serid=16999 the one you linked might be created by players opened the wrong account type.
