I have looked for about 20 minutes doing @go all over and walking around towns for quite a while and I have yet to find the Job Changer.
I don't know how to get proof of this since I can't walk around every single map showing it so.
I still don't think it's right that they can put that there is a Job Changer when it's in some random (most likely) dungeon or somewhere hidden.

Quoting what the admin said to us about this since he can't reply in this section:
"Job changer is in the building directly to the left of the Prontera spawn"
No one around to ask or in the main chat maybe? Or ask in their forum first?
I still think a majority of people that play RO are nice because successful server built around friendly community.
