I didn't take action yet because well it's not started yet (quote it's "starting the 2nd week of march"). I could have just issue a warning and call it to stop OR I could just ban them.
So I am still thinking ...
hmm is it because their server is down so they can't possible give out rewards? otherwise it's just another on-going event case that gets a straight ban.
Now ... they removed the topic, does it mean they will still do it under the table or does it mean they learnt? nobody knows.
I am not in a hurry in taking action, I'll take my time here. Feel free to share your opinion. (I feel a strong call to ban already ...)
Just ban. The intention to directly link rewards with reviews is clearly present.
1. They will learn to play by the rules. And play fair.
2. After two weeks, they can apply for re-list. Which is coincidentally just in time for the arrival of their new hardware/server.
Of course, they reserve the right to appeal and post a respond to clarify matters if they are dissatisfied with the decision.
No big deal really, just do one or the other.

yC, if you don't take action on it now(regardless of whether the incentives have been put into motion by them or not), other servers that DO get de-listed for it
will come to this thread and say "Well, you gave
them a grace period...".

I say remove them, they broke a rule, and if they deleted it, they probably knew about RMS rules. They just hoped no one on RMS reported them, and when someone did, they tried to get out without any punishment, or if you don't want to remove them, just remove their reviews, they probably got them via that event.
That's sad. Even worse, I've seen other servers do the same thing in the past.
Well, what i mean by I am not in a hurry is that their server is down (i think?) at the moment, it will be up in 2 weeks (i think?). So if i give the ban now in which they can come back in 2 weeks (with a new listing of course) as first offender, it doesn't hurt them at all >_>. Get what i mean?
