AtomixRO is the same server as NiktoutRO. All they did was change the name. NiktoutRO was banned from RateMyServer because the owner took the donation money and ran. The owner's name was Niktout, but he changed it now to Atomix. He specifically said he changed the name of the server so that he could register the server to RateMyServer. Both AtomixRO servers should be removed from the server list.

How did you find out the person is related to NiktoutRO?

I used to play on NiktoutRO and donated a couple times. He took the donation money and shut down the server. Like 5 months later I find a message in my mailbox saying that NiktoutRO has been transformed into AtomixRO.

He also said this in one of his topics.

I personally went in and said:
"So this is the new niktout"
and yup, it's still there.
I said it weeks ago.
It is Niktout, it has the same IP address as Niktout.
yC brought this to my attention a few weeks ago.
Let's see how this turns out.

Who told you -> "NiktoutRO was banned from RateMyServer because the owner took the donation money and ran."

We don't do that -.- who are we to say where donation money should go.  As much as I want justice to be served, it's not part of our Terms (for now).

NiktoutRO was banned from RMS was because the NiktoutRO website running malicious ads (clicksor was one of those I saw, but there were many others) that might cause damage to our users computer.  It was banned to protect our users.  I remember the few comp I went to the site with, the browsers would freeze/crash, forced to quit or my antivirus caught something.

As long as http://atomixro.com/ is a clean website it will be okay. 

"He specifically said he changed the name of the server so that he could register the server to RateMyServer."  -- I don't think this is true.  Because they really don't care about RMS, there isn't even a link to their listing on their home page.  There could be a lot of reasons to get a new name and start over.  Doesn't always have to do with RMS.

With those said, what's left in the report is that atomixro is the new niktout RO.  Which I don't see anything wrong unless you find a listing of niktout and I will delist it for name mismatch.
