Sadly, upon looking up the website. It seems over-all broken/useless.
Download Client button leads to: download.com/
That alone you won't able to download the server so I doubt anyone would have access to it.
- OR - you just gave the wrong link and I might be wrong. Let me know /ok
EDIT: the link you just posted leads to a website and it's homepage says: "DekadaRO"

EDIT: I gave the wrong web address on my first post.
I think what went wrong is that the first link you gave has https:// but the proper link would be just only http://
Now that's been out of the way, time to check out the server and give you a review about it. Hope you can get what you're asking for though.
